Kaitlin Asrow


Kaitlin is a Manager on the Program Team. She contributes to consulting engagements and research initiatives that analyze financial services trends and provides strategic insights around improved consumer financial health. With a background in economic development and public policy, Kaitlin is passionate about leveraging financial tools to increase opportunities and improve livelihoods for Americans.

Prior to joining CFSI, Kaitlin worked for a USAID contractor focusing on economic development and financial inclusion in the Middle East and Afghanistan. Kaitlin earned a Master of Public Policy from the University of Chicago Harris School and a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations from Stanford University.

Outside of work, Kaitlin enjoys outdoor adventures, hiking, camping, and skiing whenever possible. When thwarted by the flat Midwest topography, she also enjoys playing and watching sports, dinners with her grandparents and exploring Chicago. She believes in using economics to promote human rights.
